• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge.
• Min. 3 years of IT system support experience.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and user support for Puma Japan's offices and stores, ensuring efficient and stable business operations. While working under the guidance of teammates and managers, you will also have opportunities to grow by independently managing projects in the future.
You will collaborate with the global IT team to understand Puma Group standards, including their background, and derive the optimal application methods for Puma Japan, contributing to their implementation.

• ・Operate and maintain infrastructure systems.
• ・Provide help desk services and troubleshooting for users.
• ・Support Windows and MacOS operations.
• ・Knowledge and support of Microsoft O365.
• ・Install, configure, and update SW/HW.
• ・Support and execute IT-related projects.
• ・Manage IT assets and create manuals & documentation.
• ・Maintain store infrastructure and support during store openings/closings.
• ・Collaborate with the global IT teams.
• ・Communicate with external vendors regarding system maintenance, operation, and support.
• ・Implement and monitor security measures.
• ・Monitor and troubleshoot network equipment activities.
