Your Talent

  • University degree in Business administration, Sports Management, Finance and/or relevant field of study
  • At least 5+ years of work experience in a relevant department such as business administration, consulting, business development, business strategy or brand management
  • Experience in the sports/fashion, athletic/apparel industry, understanding of the product development process and regional experiences in different countries are a plus
  • High ability communicate and work with Senior Management (e.g., Management Board, Business Unit GMs, Global Directors)
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and present complex business data in a comprehensive and digestible way
  • Experience in managing complex projects and processes across different channels and in a collaborative and international environment with various stakeholders
  • Ability to see the bigger picture from start to finish in the commercial process     
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator and team player, eager to learn and develop
  • Open minded, flexible, open to travel and working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Adaptable, good at setting priorities and with an attitude of problem solving
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent English language skills, further language skills are a plus.

Your Mission

  • Steer the PUMA commercial business strategies across all functions relating to the relevant PUMA affiliated businesses and PUMA entities
  • Together with the Director Commercial Strategy, define and follow-up on different commercial workstreams to consult and support the Global and Regional Commercial Teams
  • Develop und drive the global commercial strategic planning process from defining commercial objectives to translating them into actionable initiatives that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Drive growth by clearly defined business plans and aligned target setting & tracking for key markets and global top accounts
  • Analyze business data in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and initiate strategic conclusions for increased business performance
  • Analyze market research data & lead benchmark analysis, present results to relevant stakeholders and ensure consideration for strategic business decisions
  • Build strong partnerships with PUMA key markets, PUMA Retail as well as key Retail / B2B partners and provide support with relevant data, tools, and strategic guidance
  • Support the Director Commercial Strategy and the CCO in the process of preparing and taking strategic business decisions
  • Build business plans for new business opportunities in relevant and unexploited areas
  • Act as a connector between regional teams and global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
