Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in performance apparel development or innovation.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, technical fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft suites (excel, outlook) and Adobe suites (illustrator, photoshop).
  • Passion for sports, innovation, and solving complex design challenges
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Knowledge of performance testing protocols and standards.
  • Experience with 3D development tools (e.g. Browzwear).
  • Understanding of biomechanics and athlete movement.
  • Possesses a positive mindset and thrives in agile, fast-paced environments, adapting effectively to a constantly evolving landscape.

Your mission

  • As an Apparel Product Developer in Innovation, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge performance apparel products from concept to commercialization. You will collaborate closely with design, materials, sourcing, and technical teams to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring products meet performance, sustainability, and aesthetic goals
  • Product Development & Innovation: Collaborate with design, R&D, and materials teams to develop high-performance sportswear products. Translate athlete insights and design concepts into technically sound, manufacturable garments. Drive innovation in materials, construction, and finishing techniques to elevate product performance. Develop prototypes and iterate based on lab and field testing feedback
  • Technical Execution: Own the understanding and maintenance of tech packs, BOMs, and fit specifications. Partner with suppliers to ensure comprehensive understanding of product requirements, outlining which areas must be executed and where to leverage supplier experience. Conduct wear trials and performance testing to validate product functionality. Develop enhanced specificationsand compliance with performance standards (e.g., moisture management, breathability, stretch, abrasion resistance)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure feasibility and scalability. Collaborate with sustainability and compliance teams to integrate responsible innovation. Support costing and margin targets while maintaining product integrity
  • Trend & Market Awareness: Stay current on sportswear trends, athlete needs, and emerging technologies. Attend trade shows, supplier summits, and innovation workshops to scout new ideas
