Your Talent
Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience with 1+ years’ relevant experience in product testing within footwear or apparel related industry
Strong attention to details and Analytic problem-solving skills
Team player with strong communication and organizational skills, very good ability to interact across functions and external partners
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel). MS Access experience a plus, but not necessary
Your Mission
The Junior Analyst position is to work closely with other members on the team and help manage the product testing process by gathering and evaluating perception feedback from consumers (fit, comfort, quality, performance).
Maintain and update Product Database with all relevant information of articles being tested.
Manage organizational responsibilities - unpack, prepare and ship product samples for testing purposes.
Learn the various constructions, components and materials of the footwear types being tested.
Keep continuous communication and follow up with the testers for feedback during the wear testing period.
Work with team members and Footwear Developers to understand product functionality to assure the appropriate tester is assigned to each product.
