Your mission
Support the European Commercial merchandising strategy by aligning assortments with global product directives and preparing basic analytical inputs.
Assist in coordinating seasonal GTM tasks by maintaining launch calendars, updating timelines, and ensuring smooth information flow.
Contribute to merchandising plans by gathering data, updating assortments, and compiling recommendations from Senior Managers and category leads.
Adapt global assortments to cluster needs by updating templates, maintaining product lists, and ensuring document accuracy.
Maintain regional price lists, ensuring correct entries, system updates, and alignment with global guidance.
Track and consolidate channel forecasts by checking data completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
Provide analytical and administrative support for financial midterm planning through reports, data collection, and budget documentation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams by sharing product information, preparing documents, and supporting commercial coordination.
Support SMU, GTM, and operational tasks including catalogue updates, template maintenance, sample orders, ERP updates, and showroom preparation.
Monitor in‑season product performance by updating sales reports, tracking weekly changes, and flagging insights to Senior Merchandising colleagues.
Your talent
A relevant bachelor’s degree and initial experience in merchandising, product management, retail, sales, buying, planning, or marketing are beneficial.
The role requires a basic understanding of product lifecycle management, consumer trends, and the sporting goods or fashion/lifestyle industry.
Strong analytical skills, including Excel proficiency and comfort working with product data and pricing, are essential.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high data accuracy across systems are core requirements.
Collaboration skills are important for working effectively with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Global Product, and other partners.
Clear written and verbal communication is needed to summarize information and support cross‑functional alignment.
A structured, organized working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow GTM processes is expected.
