Your Talent
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management.
Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and branding.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Your Mission
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for the PUMA basketball brand. This person would be critical in building, campaign execution, and data-driven decision making. This role will support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, influencer, experiential, etc.)
Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, product, sales) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to inform future strategy.
Help maintain the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across teams and channels.
Manage the sample ordering and distribution on behalf of the basketball marketing team.
