Experience:
+ 5 to 10 years’ experience in Quality management, Technical dept or production control in sourcing office or manufacturers.
Your mission
Guidance and support of certified inspectors
Monitor quality level, improvement of quality
Risen factor management and staff on PUMA standards.
Daily and weekly inspection reports.
Cross check reports
To monitor and improve quality of all Puma order and production environment
Spend as much time as possible in production lines working on Puma products
Proactively work with the factories on improved execution of product
Train management and staff on Puma standards
Support the regional branch in quality initiatives
Train and monitor factory QC to execute AQL inspections
Cross check results and improve performance of AQL
Manage Quality
Manage Quality systems, make sure factories follow the system
Provide training, guidelines, communication
Audit process and system
Provide standard to quality system
Key Objectives
Managing and upgrading Factories Quality performance and production capabilities
Quality performance measurement reports and data analysis
Managing customer complaints and CAP
