Your Talent

  • Relevant work experience and / or educational background in business analytics.

Your Mission

  • Provide administrative support to the Performance Merchandising Team in the creation of the footwear, apparel and accessories ranges.
  • Support and where necessary drive data analysis of the UKI range from a purchasing, forecasting, pricing and margin perspective
  • Support the wider Merchandising Team with local ERP set-up of wholesale and DTC range
  • First point of contact for cross-departmental queries on the performance product range focused on run / train / hoops
  • Management of key excel files covering forecasting, pricing, product descriptions and status
  • Follow and track the global critical path process to ensure key seasonal deadlines are met. 
  • Play an active role at key milestone meetings
  • Creation of sell-in tools to support Sales GTM process – e.g. workbooks, line plans, price lists, etc...
  • Ownership of product set up for run / train / hoops, including internal systems, restrictions, embargos, relevant trackers, master sheets, price changes, etc….  
  • Develop your knowledge of the run / train / hoops UKI market to help deliver feedback to the regional and global business units
  • Regular store visits and wrap-up reports to keep yourself and the wider business up to date with retailer and competitor activity  
  • Analyse historical PO and sales data alongside seasonal target guidance to provide accurate forecasts and maximise SKU efficiency.
  • Support placement of sample orders having reviewed seasonal needs to maximise efficiency, avoiding unnecessary costs.
  • Merchandising showrooms at the start of each season and packing them down in preparation for the next one.
  • Liaising daily cross functionally with the wider merchandising team, DTC, sales, and marketing to execute account and brand plans, and keeping them aware of all relevant updates.  
  • Contribute as part of a strong and harmonious merchandising team that has excellent collaborative working relationships with all other local, regional, and global functions and personnel.
  • Review weekly GTM updates and follow-up on action points.
