Your Talent

  • Sales Management: Achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.

  • Leadership & Communication: Overseeing daily store operations, managing stock levels, and fostering effective communication within the team. Fostering effective communication within the team and with other departments. Problem-Solving & Strong analytical skills.

  • Customer Service: Providing high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor, assisting customers in choosing products, and resolving conflict situations.

  • Sales Floor Stock: Manage stock levels in the sales floor and ensure sizes and styles are available for the customers.

  • Technology: Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.

  • Compliance Awareness: Adhering to safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.

  • Inventory Management Skills: Managing stock levels, conducting inventory counts (if needed), and ensuring product availability.

  • Self- leadership:  Ability to work independently and efficient and be able to manage own emotions and challenges.

Your Mission

  • Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals via offering and showing products to customers, assisting them in choosing products, consulting on product purposes, properties, quality, care rules, prices, offer substitute, new, and related products, calculating purchase costs, issuing receipts, preparing documents, packing purchases, and handling exchanges.                                             

  • Leadership: Leadership skills are essential for overseeing daily store operations, and fostering effective communication within the team.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.Take measures to prevent and resolve conflict situations.

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability.

  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

  • Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
