Your Mission: As our Retail Store Manager, you will strategically manage and cultivate a high-energy sales culture within the store, ensuring that PUMA continues to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving sales, hitting KPIs, and surpassing profitability goals. You will spend 85% of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, coaching your team, and setting the pace for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective short- and long-term strategies. Your goal? To exceed sales targets and ensure PUMA remains #FOREVERFASTER.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Lead by example, provide on-the-spot coaching, and hold your team accountable to PUMA’s high standards.
  • Customer Experience: Guarantee a consistently high standard of customer service, reflecting PUMA’s brand values in every interaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage payroll, inventory, and loss prevention with precision. Ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain and execute visual standards that make the store an eye-catching representation of PUMA’s brand.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local PR and marketing teams, ensuring PUMA is not just a store but a community hub for sports enthusiasts.
