Your mission
We are seeking an Analyst Retail Tech – POS & Omnichannel to strengthen our global retail technology landscape. This role focuses on Point‑of‑Sale (POS) platforms, store technology, omnichannel processes, and integrations connecting ERP, POS, middleware, payment, and digital systems. You will work closely with ERP teams, POS vendors, digital/omnichannel partners, and technical integration teams to ensure stable, scalable, and transparent data flows across all touchpoints. Your work directly supports seamless in‑store experiences and connected omnichannel journeys.
POS & Store System Expertise
Serve as a functional expert for POS dataflows, including sales, returns, promotions and inventory movements.
Support and enhance store system applications such as POS and store back‑office tools.
ERP, POS & Omnichannel Integration
Support and maintain integrations between ERP, POS systems, middleware platforms (CPI, Apigee), payment providers, and omnichannel services.
Conduct data validation, monitoring, and error handling across interfaces and data pipelines.
Ensure consistent and accurate processing of master data, promotions, transactional data, stock updates, and cross‑channel events.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Plan and execute functional, integration and regression testing for relevant system changes.
Validate end‑to‑end flows across POS, ERP, digital, and middleware components.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with ERP teams, POS vendors, digital/omnichannel teams, and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
Support store technology rollouts, POS releases, and new features implementations.
Documentation & Knowledge
Maintain process documentation, interface mappings, test scripts, and functional guides.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and training for internal teams.
Your talent
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of POS systems and general retail processes.
Experience with integration troubleshooting (APIs, message queues, middleware)
Ability to analyze logs, resolve discrepancies, and identify root causes.
Good understanding of retail business logic: sales, returns, pricing, promotions, inventory flows.
Experience supporting omnichannel retail, e.g., click & collect, unified returns, endless aisle.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with ERP-to-POS integrations, middleware platforms, or enterprise integration patterns.
Knowledge of omnichannel architecture, order flows, and cross-channel capability design.
Background in digital retail, or customer‑journey‑driven processes.
Experience with POS rollout projects, system upgrades, or integration transformations.
Familiarity with event-driven flows, master data distribution and transaction pipelines.
Experience working with vendors to align requirements, integration standards, and cross-system behaviors.
