Your Talent

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Previous relevant experience in a supply/planning and purchasing environment or a similar role, Strong understanding of supply chain and purchase order process.
  • Must be numerate, logical, and accurate with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems, experience with SAP environment a plus but not essential.
  • Knowledge and confidence of Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams, Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, power queries etc
  • Experience in planning and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.

Your Mission

  • Action the Purchase Plan
  • Preparation and control of Purchase Planning Meeting
  • Placing Purchase Orders and a strong understanding of supply chain and purchase orders
  • Manage negotiation process with International Supply Chain teams.
  • Providing Purchase Plan summary.
  • Managing Purchase vs Demand.
  • Review of rolling supply vs demand.
  • Investigate supply deviations and take corrective action.
  • Communicate results internally. 
  • Creating and maintaining availability systems.
  • Ensuring all products have a valid supply calendar.
  • Maintaining/communicating seasonal changes.
  • Liaising with International Supply Chain for incomplete sourcing information.
  • Department Support.
  • Stock availability queries and intercompany order processing.
  • Confirming and maintaining nonstandard upcharges and shipping dates.
  • Monitoring Key Projects/ Embargos. 
  • Monthly buy meetings.
  • Ensure all Po’s meet the launch plan deadlines.
  • All confirmed shipping info is updated on the PO information.
  • Progress any orders we cannot fulfil.
  • Stock adjustments actioned weekly.
  • Daily tracking of order received and delivered.
