Your Talent

  • 5 a 7 años de experiencia en implementaciones en punto de venta (retail marketing, district manager, visual merchandising, marketing, comercial marketing). 
  • Deseable experiencia en manejo de promotores
  • Control y manejo de presupuesto.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en terreno y realizar viajes dentro y fuera del país.
  • Excel avanzado
  • Inglés avanzado

Your Mission

  • Desarrollar y estructurar plan de Trade Marketing por cuenta (calendario, inversión, proyectos SIS, fuerza de venta), alineado con equipo comercial para asegurar la ejecución de campañas planificada en punto de venta.
  • Determinar la priorización de inversión (OPEX, CAPEX) en base al plan comercial, desarrollando forecast por cliente y centro de costo, para asegurar la rentabilidad de las ejecuciones de acuerdo con el plan de inversión de la compañía.
  • Ejecutar la estrategia de implementación de campaña en punto de venta (clientes externos) para lograr el mayor impacto posible de la marca en el punto de venta de acuerdo con el presupuesto asignado a la campaña, distribución de producto, nivel de campaña y según lo coordinado con el equipo comercial.
  • Guiar y controlar el presupuesto del área, realizando seguimiento e ingreso de órdenes de compra mensuales con el objetivo de asegurar el control de gastos del área
  • Estructurar y guiar el plan de fuerza de venta con el objetivo de asegurar la entrega de un servicio de excelencia a nuestros consumidores.
