Your Mission

  • Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business trends, and set up a yearly training portfolio accordingly

  • Collaborate with Global L&D, P&O, Retail Operations, and Store Leadership to align the T&D strategy with company objectives

  • Promote a learning culture within the organization through innovative and engaging offline learning activations

  • Conduct T&D store visits according to Global Retail standards and expectations, and in alignment with Europe Retail Ops

  • Jointly with Area & Ops Managers, prepare staff for peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) with targeted training

  • Provide training for store managers and team leaders on leadership, coaching, and performance management, effectively applying the PUMA Retail training portfolio

  • Jointly with P&O, design and manage internal programs aimed at identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
