Your Talent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English at a business level

Your Mission
Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business trends, and set up a yearly training portfolio accordingly
Collaborate with Global L&D, P&O, Retail Operations, and Store Leadership to align the T&D strategy with company objectives
Promote a learning culture within the organization through innovative and engaging offline learning activations
Conduct T&D store visits according to Global Retail standards and expectations, and in alignment with Europe Retail Ops
Jointly with Area & Ops Managers, prepare staff for peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) with targeted training
Provide training for store managers and team leaders on leadership, coaching, and performance management, effectively applying the PUMA Retail training portfolio
Jointly with P&O, design and manage internal programs aimed at identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
