Your mission
- Develop and maintain quarterly visual sales and merchandising tools to support internal strategy meetings and product presentations.
- Track and update ETAs, product data, and line plan details within Excel-based tools to ensure accuracy and timely communication.
- Manage sample ordering, tracking, cataloging, and organization to support sales, merchandising, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to weekly business reviews and cross-functional meetings by providing operational updates and actionable insights.
- Execute key operational processes including order entry, shipment coordination, tracking document, and administrative support.
- Capture and distribute detailed meeting notes to drive alignment and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update Matrix and Assortment planning tools for in-season and pre-season product assortments.
- Strengthen market awareness through ongoing analysis of U.S. product trends and the footwear competitive landscape.

The base pay for this position is $25 per hour + Product Discount.
