Your mission
- Lead the trade marketing domain for a portfolio of area accounts, developing annual trade marketing plans aligned with commercial targets, brand priorities, and category initiatives.
- Ensure strategic alignment with global brand direction while tailoring marketing plans and activations to local market needs, account priorities, and community relevance.
- Oversee execution excellence across in-store, digital, and retail channels, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of co-op and trade marketing initiatives, including adaptation of global toolkits to account-specific use.
- Own budget management and performance analysis, including allocation of activation budgets, measurement of sell-out and ROI, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Category Marketing, Brand, Retail Operations, and key external partners to ensure fully aligned, commercially impactful account marketing plans.
Your talent
- 7–10+ years of experience in trade, account, or channel marketing within wholesale or retail-driven environments, with a strong understanding of consumer journeys and sell-out drivers.
- Proven track record developing and executing co-branded or account-specific marketing plans with major retail or field accounts.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen, including budget ownership, ROI measurement, and translating insights into strategic improvements.
- Cross-functional collaboration strength, particularly with Sales and Commercial teams, connecting marketing plans to business outcomes.
- Project management capability, including overseeing multiple activations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, complemented by an agile, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to adjust plans based on performance or market opportunities
- Language skills - fluent in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
