Your mission

  • Owning and elevating the full omni‑channel marketing strategy across Retail, E‑commerce, and Key Account/Wholesale to deliver a seamless consumer journey and maximize commercial outcomes and brand heat 

  • Integrating brand storytelling with strong performance execution across physical stores (Own retail and Wholesale), digital commerce platforms, and partner environments. 

  • Ensuring that marketing activation across owned and partner channels drives traffic, conversion, CRM growth, and sell‑through. 

  • Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing omni‑channel marketing organization across Europe. 

Your talent

  • You bring deep expertise in omni‑channel marketing across Retail, E‑commerce, and Key Accounts, with a strong understanding of consumer and shopper behavior.
  • You have proven experience leading diverse marketing teams and developing senior managers in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
  • You excel at integrating brand storytelling with performance‑driven execution across digital and physical channels.
  • You are highly skilled in driving retail KPIs, optimizing partner activations, and improving sell‑through across multiple environments.
  • You are data‑driven, comfortable with performance measurement frameworks, and committed to a test‑and‑learn mindset.
  • You collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners such as Sales, Merchandising, CRM, Digital Product, and Retail Operations.
  • You ensure brand integrity, operational excellence, and compliance across all owned and partner touchpoints, consistently raising the standard of execution.
