Your mission

  • The Manager Marketing Events in Europe owns the regional event strategy, and execution across sports and Lifestyle categories in Europe 

  • The role is accountable for translating global event strategy into regional events, setting standards, allocating budgets, and steering impact with consumer events within the full consumer funnel.

  • Own the regional event strategy and annual event roadmap across categories (Football, Running, Training, Sport style etc.) 

  • Act as a primary regional counterpart to Global Brand & Event teams and cluster/area marketing managers (local language). 

  • Collaborate with Category teams, Influencer, social media and Media Planning teams to ensure events are fully integrated into full funnel consumer journeys 

  • Activate Assets (Athletes, Clubs, Federations, Influencers, Celebrities etc.) in collaboration with Sports Marketing and areas/clusters and social media/Influencer teams.  

  • Own and allocate the regional event budget and agency ecosystem 

  • Define KPIs, ROI frameworks, and performance governance
